Where is the fuel pump for a 1998 nissan maxima located?

I have a 1998 nissan maxima and I believe that the fuel pump may have gone out. I have all electric power, and everything works inside, however I can not get the car to turn over. It makes a weezing sound when I attempt to crank and it sounds like the engine wants to start but possibly not getting any gas? Where do I find the fuel pump?

      The gas tank also they have fitting on the fuel pressure.

      Nissan maximas fuel pressure does not rule out failed fuel tank there is in the fuel pump has failed and that is on have professional.
