What would be the easiest and best rear end to put in a 2005 Nissan Titan?

Third rear end to go out on the Titan. We want to make another one work. Any suggestions on this because Nissan will only do another whole rear end, that obviously is going to go out again. Want better that will hold up to truck and, be compatible…Not a lot of people who know about Nissan around here.
