My Nissan truck won’t start without a jump but it is not the battery?

I switched batteries with my other car and it started up but then once I shut it off to try it again it it would not turn over. Just made a clicking sound on the passenger side under the hood. I thought it was the battery but now that is ruled out. Any ideas?

      The spark the clicking sound might be bad starter or the spark plugs arent getting any spark plugs arent getting any spark plugs.
