Is the Infinity G35 coupe and the Nissan Altima coupe almost the same car?

I like the G35 but i noticed how much it looks like an Altima coupe. Is Infinity and Nissan part of the same company? Or is it a coincidence? And if they use the same base chassis and such, what are the differences?

      The same motor however believe the prvious two are the prvious two are both rwd.
