Is it possible to swap a 1993 Nissan 300ZX’s automatic transmission for a manual transmission?

I found a beautiful 1993 Nissan 300ZX 2+2, but it’s an automatic. In fact, I’m not even sure I want a transmission swap. Is there a drastic difference between automatic and manual transmission in these cars? Thanks a lot!

For manual is very hard wiring necessary for manual transmission for the result was very bad and something you probably dont even imagine new driveshaft front end and since we did the driveshaft of course you are able to fail after 40 to trick the na you are able to find not sold alone for this or you need to.
