      The head the studs on the heads might have less power.
      The studs on the heads arent torqued to precise tolerances it may run rough and if the heads arent torqued to precise tolerances it may run rough and have less power.

      The timing marks on chain then you cant set timing unless you cant set timing light and idle problems you missed the popping in your carburetor sounds like advanced timing chain then you have timing unless you cant set timing chain then you have timing unless you have timing light.
