I have a 2002 Nissan Sentra which is making the 2nd to 3rd gear transmission chirp?

I have already taken it to the dealer, where they have put in the additive (as per the TSB) and a complete fluid change. This did not fix the problem, it still makes the noise.       An overhaul if the transmission needs an overhaul if the tsb didnt work.
