How to set radio stations on nissan murano 05?

I have a Nissan murano 05 and I don’t know how to set my preffered radio stations. The pre-sets are mostly am stations and some tm stations that are just static.
I pressed the program button but nothing happens.
How do I set my radio stations?

      Read the instructions to set the radio presets in your owner’s manual. Each car is specific and depends on the kind of radio you have. All you need to know are in this book. Enjoy! Best of luck.
