How easy can a 6 cyl nissan engine be put in place of a 4cyl?

Looking at an 89/90 Nissan hardbody pickup 4×4 that has a bad 4 cyl engine. Will a 6 cyl bolt up to the transmission (standard) ? Will all the original mounts work or will there have to be some modifications done?

    For one is biger so you have to modify few things.
