2000 nissan maxima factory security system how to bypass to get pulse to injectors?

i have a 2000 nissan maxima that has no injector pulse, while i disconnected the batteries i accidently touched them together and the pulse to the injectors was lost and hence no start condition began. what can i do to remedy this problem i suspect the security system is the culprit. but not sure. please help need input. i also have a good used computer that i can put in but i want to be sure that it ok to do so.
i touched the disconnected cable ends together. not while connected to the battery.
